"Cowboys"

Some time ago we were contacted by the NFL network for an a more experimental pitch, in which a series of vignettes would be used to re-contextualize each team in the league. The client's dictum was to avoid using typical football imagery (clashing helmets, sparks etc.) and create something visually different from the day-to-day NFL Network packaging.

"Seahawks"

Working with a few illustrators and our own in-house designers we presented 8 approaches, varying from a 3D barbed-wire wrapped world for the NY Giants, a liquified Pittsburgh Steelers, wrapping the Seattle Seahawks in dimensional graffiti, turning the Rams into superheroes, and my favorite, an Atlanta Falcon intercepting the ball and placing its new-found egg in a helmet/nest.

If you steal it, you'll have to deal with them, and let me tell ya - they've got a lot of lawyers. Not the nice folksy country-style Matlock kind nor the innocent fresh-scrubbed kid-next door kind from the "Ed" show a few years back. No - these lawyers carve pentacles into their chests on the sabbath when they're not busy devouring orphans and wear special wing-tips to hide their cloven hoofs. I'm not kidding. Got it? Good. Now go clean your keyboard - it's filthy, you dirty boy.
