This project went through a number of different design revisions, as shown above in the montage edit. Early versions were built upon the idea of a "platform", with the image breaking up into various series of stacks upon which rested various tag lines. This gave way to a few iterations using ribbons that danced around the type in space while also exploding and revealing footage. Eventually, we re-conceptualized the way the Scripps "portal" (the blue circle at the end) exists in motion. The ribbons still exist in the final version - they provide the transitions to and from the graphic interludes. There's about 4-5 other versions of this project that we didn't show here - the montage would have been 2 minutes!
